Returns
Our goal is to bring the lowest price on products we stand by, so the majority of the items on Auto Body Clearance are discounted. If a product is not a clearance item, it will be stated on the listing.
- Eligibility: You may return any full-price, non-clearanced item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories. Clearance items are not eligible for return and are final sale.

Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return label.
- If the return is not due to our error, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
- Timing: Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
